We started Elite Access Solutions because we knew that scaffolding could be done without the drama. No variations at the end of the job. No crews that need managing. No safety paperwork scrambled together at the last minute.
In fact, we built this company around what builders actually need from a scaffold crew - certainty, accountability, and a crew that just gets on with it. Since 2020, we've proven that on every project we've taken on, and we intend to keep it that way.
We work across three project types: commercial builds and fitouts, remedial and strata work on occupied buildings, and high-end residential construction. The clients are different, the sites are different, but the standard is the same on all of them. Show up prepared. Document everything. Deliver what we said we would.

Meet the Crew Behind the Standard
Elite Access Solutions is led by director Barry Minton, who founded the business in 2020 with a clear picture of what a scaffolding company should look like — transparent pricing, licensed crews, quality work, and a director who stays involved from quote to dismantle. That's still how we operate today, and it's the standard the whole team is held to, even Barry.
Our crew leaders bring decades of commercial scaffold experience to every site. They arrive briefed, they work to spec, and they manage the job without needing to be managed. Every supervisor receives a full brief before attending site, and every install is handed over with a formal tag and inspection record.
